Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition
Products must be returned in original packaging
Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear cannot be refunded

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
